The students of the School can study in one of the above institutions for the period of time defined by the agreement between the universities.

For program participation, students are to speak the respective foreign language or English, to the extent that allows them to fulfil their obligations at the host university. Upon their return from abroad, students secure the studies (courses and corresponding credits) that they have successfully completed at the host institution. This is due to the European Credit Transfer System which has been adopted by both Departments. For the purpose of students’ mobility facilitation, it is clarified that the courses they have registered for abroad are recognized by the Department as Elective courses.

The time of transfer applications is between March and April for students who will transfer to a foreign university in winter semester and until the end of November for students who wish to transfer in spring semester.

A list with students’ names is announced in time by the responsible person for the educational programs of each Department.
